Where to start


So much has happened in my fitness goals over the last six months, that I honestly don’t know where to start. Should I write about my Whole30 experience first, or winning the weight loss contest at work, my slip back into carbs or my new challenge of running 5 miles straight in November.

First things first though, I need to clean up this blog a bit. Mostly organizing and adding on. So I guess that’s a good place to start. In trend with the blog name I’m going to start posting a confession with every post!

Confession: I haven’t had any desire to work on this fitness blog, that was ultimately here to motivate me to stay on track.



almond & coconut goodness



I’ve recently discovered my favorite almond milk now comes with a coconut combo making it a perfect choice to mix into smoothies and after workout protein shakes.

I’m not a big fan of milk, and it doesn’t sit too well with my body so this alternative is perfect. I like to buy the unsweetened version and add in my own Splenda if needed.
